    • Managerial Leadership Philosophy: Managerial leaders are able to see the big picture, identify and solve challenges, set clear objectives, organize resources, effectively delegate tasks, and monitor progress. These leaders may adopt elements of other leadership styles, such as democratic, transactional, or strategic leadership. They also align an organization’s business goals with available talent, resources, and processes.     • Strategic Leadership Philosophy: Individuals who can envision and communicate a clear vision and long-term plan for a team or organization are strategic leaders and adopt this philosophy style. Strategic leaders are proactive and mindful in their decision-making. They consider the impact that their decisions will make on the future of the organization. 
    • Transactional Leadership Philosophy: A leadership philosophy approach that emphasizes a structured and results-driven approach. With this style, leaders set clear expectations for performance and reward team members based on their success. Typically, transactional leaders focus on immediate tasks, routine processes, and efficiency.
    • Transformational Leadership Philosophy: Often referred to as a hands-on approach to leadership, this type of leader sets goals and challenges for their team. Transformational leaders also offer solutions, actively help team members, and encourage direct reports.
    • Servant Leadership Philosophy: This philosophy is marked by serving others first above yourself. Servant leaders keep the needs of their team in mind and understand that no leader is too great to help others. 
    • Situational Leadership Philosophy: Leaders who use this philosophy are known to adapt to the situation at hand. They work to meet needs as they arise and take a flexible approach to leadership.
