In partnership with Fortune, the Crummer Graduate School of Business is proud to offer an eight-week virtual program, developed with, and featuring, Jim Hageman Snabe, chairman of Siemens, along with Crummer’s Dr. Keenan Yoho and Fortune’s, Peter Vanham.

Participants will learn how to create inspiring dreams, choose drivers of change, unleash human potential of their teams, and develop a platform for innovation — all through using the meticulous Dreams and Details model. The program includes live Zoom sessions, bite-sized online lessons, and peer engagement, with an expected time commitment of 1-3 hours per week.

What to Expect

Interested in joining the learning sprint? There are a few seats left – registration will be open until March 6th. Live zoom sessions will be on March 8th, March 20th, April 3rd, and April 17. There will be additional optional live Zoom sessions throughout the program.  The Dreams and Details program is created to teach you:

When you enroll in the Dreams and Details program you will have the opportunity to interact and learn from top-level facilitators with proven leadership expertise.

Jim Hagermann Snabe | Chairman Siemens | Author, Dreams and Details

Jim Hagemann Snabe is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens AG. He is also the Chairman of Idonea and a member of the Board of Trustees at the World Economic Forum. Additionally, he was the Co-CEO of SAP (2010–2014) and Chairman of the Board of Directors for A.P. Møller–Mærsk (2017–2022). Jim is the co-author of the book “Dreams and Details – Reinvent Your Business and Your Leadership from a Position of Strength. “ Jim Hagemann Snabe holds an M.Sc. in Operational Research and Finance from Aarhus University and is an adjunct professor at Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Peter Vanham | Executive Editor, Fortune

Peter Vanham is Executive Editor at Fortune. He is in charge of academics and executive sessions at Connect, Fortune’s learning community for purpose-driven leaders, and the author of Fortune’s Impact Report newsletter. He writes about the global economy and the people that shape it. Prior to joining Fortune, Peter worked for 8 years at the World Economic Forum, where among other assignments he co-authored “Stakeholder Capitalism” with founder and executive chairman Klaus Schwab, and headed the International Media Council, the gathering the world’s leading journalists and media organizations. His articles on business, economics, and public policy appeared in Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, Quartz, Business Insider, Foreign Policy, and many other media around the world. His books, including also “Before I Was CEO” and “Grote Durvers”, were translated in over a dozen languages. Peter holds an executive master’s degree in Global Leadership from the World Economic Forum, a Master of Arts in Business & Economics Journalism from Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Commercial Engineering from the KU Leuven. He is currently pursuing an Executive PhD at ESCP Business School in Paris, and lives with his wife and daughter in Geneva, Switzerland.

Dr. Keenan Yoho | Professor of Operations Management

Dr. Keenan Yoho has spent more than a decade working with senior management leading change in both commercial and public sector environments. Dr. Yoho’s research and applied work is focused on supply chain cost modeling and operations management to achieve enterprise-wide outcomes under conditions of uncertainty and resource scarcity.

Dr. Yoho served as Senior Special Advisor to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) from 2012 to 2014. During this time Dr. Yoho worked with a special team reporting directly to the Commander, USSOCOM that was charged with crafting and executing a plan for posturing special operations forces (SOF) for the next three decades. Dr. Yoho has advised several U.S. and international organizations to include IBM (semiconductors), General Motors (autos), General Mills (foods), Intel (semiconductors), Rockwell Automation (machine automation), BASF (chemicals –Germany, US and Mexico), Merck, KGaA (chemicals – Germany), Ryerson (steel processing & distribution), Qualcomm (designer/supplier telecommunications technology), and Polioles SA de CV (chemicals – Mexico), the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Transportation Command in the areas of operations management, supply chain management, continuous improvement and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, Dr. Yoho was an associate operations researcher at the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, California where he led projects to improve the operational effectiveness of the U.S. military during war. Dr. Yoho was recently an assistant professor at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California where he received 4 consecutive teaching awards including the School’s highest award for excellence in teaching and impact beyond the classroom. Dr. Yoho has published in the International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Operations and Quantitative Management, Journal of Cost Analysis and Parametrics, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, and the Journal of Operations and Supply Chain Management.

Dr. Yoho holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management, M.B.A. in Operations Management, and M.S. in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds a B.A. in Religion with a concentration in Chinese and Japanese Buddhism from Temple University.
