Throughout the year, the Career Resource Center hosts a variety of opportunities and experiences for employers to meet new talent and for students and alumni to further develop their skills and enhance their networks. These include the annual Employer Meet & Greet, the Rollins Career & Internship Expo as well as networking events, intimate and targeted industry- related meetings with business leaders, on-campus information sessions, and on-campus interviews.

Rollins Career & Internship Expo
Held each spring, the annual Career and Internship Expo is great way for employers to meet top quality undergraduate and graduate students and alumni, and to promote internships, part-time, and full-time employment opportunities.
Meet Our Staff
Jane encourages success for students, alumni and businesses by promoting internships and employment partnerships. Connecting with faculty and external organizations to generate events and internal programs, her team provides career-related resources and tools to students and alumni. She possesses over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Prior to joining Rollins, she worked with local and global organizations as a trainer, facilitator and human resources consultant. Jane’s diverse experience covers the private, public, for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Industries include academic, consulting, manufacturing and distribution, travel, telecommunications and insurance. Jane received her MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and her BS in Public Administration from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. She has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Jane is on the Board of Directors for CareerSource Central Florida and is a member of the MBA Career Services and Employer Alliance.
Renee works with graduate students and alumni providing career coaching, resume development, and job search strategies to help them compete for internships and post-graduate employment opportunities. As the Internship Advisor for the full-time MBA students, she cultivates relationships with business partners and students to ensure successful recruitment outcomes. Specializing in Talent Acquisition, she brings over 15 years of professional Human Resources experience to her role. Prior to joining Rollins College, Renee worked for Fortune 500 companies such as The Walt Disney Co. and Northrop Grumman, where she contributed as a business partner to the Corporate/College Recruiting and Training & Development functions. She received her BS in Marketing from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. Renee successfully completed the SHRM-CP certification and is a graduate of the Master of Human Resources program at Rollins College.
