Crummer Ranked No. 1 in Leadership Development Four Years in a Row
For the fourth consecutive year, the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College was named the country’s top master’s program for leadership and organizational development.
The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College has once again received top honors for its excellence in leadership development, receiving a fourth consecutive No. 1 ranking from HR.com. The recognition is part of HR.com’s prestigious Leadership Excellence Awards, which has honored the world’s top leadership programs for more than 35 years.
“The mission of the Crummer Graduate School of Business is to produce innovative, responsible, and global leaders who impact their organizations and communities,” says Dean Deborah Crown. “This award is a testament to the high quality of our degree programs and faculty, as well as the incredible contributions of our Center for Leadership Development, which is vital in Crummer’s mission to creating world-class leaders.”
Crummer’s Center for Leadership Development provides quality training and experiential programming in leadership development for MBA students. It promotes leadership development as a process of self-awareness, personal growth, and relationship and skill-building.
Crummer alumni have gone on to prominent leadership roles with industry-leading organizations worldwide, including companies such as Tupperware, Walt Disney World Co., Deloitte, Apple, BMW, Google, Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, and Siemens.
