The Crummer Alumni Advisory Board is excited to welcome four new members who bring a wealth of experience, diverse perspectives, and a shared passion for strengthening the Crummer community. From nonprofit leadership and strategic partnerships to education and business development, (pictured from left to right above) Clay Osburne ’24EMBA, Karlye Martorelli ’22PMBA, Ivan Quiquia ’18PMBA, and Lori DeLone ’04EMBA each bring unique expertise and a strong commitment to giving back.
We asked them to share with us a little about themselves, as well as what they’re most looking forward to in the upcoming year.
Clay Osburne ’24EMBA
“My career has moved from the classroom to the boardroom. I spent 13 years as an educator, working my way from teacher and coach to athletic director and principal, before trading one calling for another in nonprofit leadership. Since then, I’ve served as VP of Development for the Orlando Health Foundation, CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, and SVP of the National Christian Foundation. Since 2021, I’ve also served as a facilitator for the Edyth Bush Institute, and earlier this year, I stepped into a new role as VP of Mobilization for Faith Driven Movements, where I spend my days working on Solving the World’s Greatest Problems.
Somewhere along the way, I realized that leading with heart wasn’t enough on its own. I needed to sharpen the business side of my leadership too, and that’s what brought me to the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where I completed my EMBA in 2024. The experience was transformative and became a real catalyst for how I lead today. Crummer’s emphasis on teamwork and leadership wasn’t accidental. It was built into the fabric of the program, and it reshaped how I show up for the people and missions I serve.
Above all, my most important roles are being a husband to my wife of 26 years and a father to our three children. I’m an active member of First Orlando, and I love building relationships wherever I can, including on the golf course, all across the country.
I’m humbled to help carry the Crummer mission forward as a member of the Alumni Advisory Board. In the year ahead, I’m most looking forward to building new, meaningful relationships and serving alongside such an incredible group of professionals.”
Karlye Martorelli ’18MBA
“I serve as Vice President of Advancement at Cristo Rey Orlando, where I build partnerships and resources that expand opportunities for students and families. I am a proud Crummer graduate who is passionate about nonprofit leadership, community collaboration, and empowering others to live to their full potential.
As a member of the Crummer Alumni Advisory Board, I look forward to helping transform the strength of the alumni network into meaningful action. I am especially excited to bring alumni together across industries and generations—– not only to build relationships, but also to share your talents, open doors for others, and create a lasting impact throughout Central Florida.
In the coming year, I look forward to getting to know my fellow Crummer Alumni Advisory board members and exploring how we can work together to advance Crummer’s mission.”
Ivan Quiquia ’18MBA
“I’m a strategic partnerships, business development, and community engagement professional with more than 15 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, education, and public-sector environments. I earned my MBA in International Business from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, an experience that strengthened not only my business leadership skills but also my commitment to purpose-driven leadership and service.
Outside of my professional career, I serve as Co-Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of Empower Teens United (ETU), a Central Florida nonprofit focused on helping students and families navigate educational pathways, develop leadership skills, engage in their communities, and access opportunities that help young people realize their full potential.
As a member of the Crummer Alumni Advisory Board, I’m especially looking forward to strengthening connections among alumni, students, the business community, and Central Florida organizations. I hope to help create meaningful opportunities for alumni to reconnect with Crummer, expand their professional networks, mentor and support the next generation of leaders, and continue building the strength and impact of the Crummer community.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to a school and community that has played an important role in my own professional journey, and I’m excited about what we can accomplish together in the coming year.”
Lori DeLone ’04EMBA
“I entered the Crummer Executive MBA program in 2002 at mid-career, seeking to strengthen my leadership skills and better serve the growing healthcare organization where I was working. After completing the program in 2004, I was promoted to my first executive role as Chief Information Officer at Halifax Health. Since then, I have served as a CIO across multiple healthcare organizations, leading large-scale technology initiatives, governance, and organizational transformation through a rapidly changing industry.
My connection to Rollins is longstanding and deeply rooted. My husband and I are Rollins alumni, as are all three of our children, and I had the privilege of serving on the Crummer Board of Overseers from 2015 to 2022. Experiencing Rollins and Crummer as a student, alumna, parent, and board member has given me a deep appreciation for the College’s mission, culture, and lasting impact.
As I transition into advisory board service, I am excited to continue giving back to the Crummer community. As a member of the Alumni Advisory Board, I look forward to drawing on more than 20 years of executive leadership and governance experience to strengthen alumni engagement, foster connections between students and alumni, and help support Crummer’s continued growth and impact.”
