Ralph Riedel ’82MBA 
After more than 20 years as a founding partner at Accenture, Ralph Riedel retired and began a new chapter in academia. He served as an Executive in Residence in Ohio University’s College of Business and taught for 10 years as an associate professor. Riedel has since retired from Ohio University and now enjoys life on the beach in Palm Beach, Florida. 

Jeff Vahle ’94MBA 
After a distinguished 36-year career with Disney, Jeff Vahle retired as president of Walt Disney World Resort. During his tenure, he guided the resort through the COVID-19 pandemic, Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration, and a period of significant investment and expansion. His Disney career began in 1990 as an engineer. 

Greg Morley ’96MBA ’00MHR 
Greg Morley recently published his second book, RALLY: A Guide to Building Resilience. Drawing on his leadership experience with LVMH and Disney, as well as stories from 12 individuals who have navigated extraordinary challenges, RALLY explores what it means to lead with resilience, connection, and clarity in an increasingly uncertain world. The book builds on Morley’s acclaimed first book, Bond. 

Elisa Rodrigues ’17MBA 
Elisa Rodrigues recently expanded The Clean Captains, her local residential and commercial cleaning company serving Orlando and the surrounding areas. Alongside growing her business, Rodrigues is also balancing life as a mom to two young boys. 

Miriam Mitchell ’20MBA 
Miriam Mitchell was recently named Chief Growth Officer at Addition Financial, where she will help lead the credit union’s continued growth and development.

Ruchi Kapadia ’13 ’24MBA 
After completing her EMBA, Ruchi Kapadia launched her own law firm dedicated to serving entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. She provides strategic legal guidance to founders forming nonprofit and for-profit organizations and helps business owners protect and strengthen their brands through trademark protection. Kapadia credits her Crummer EMBA experience with giving her the business insight and confidence to build a practice that supports innovation and entrepreneurship. 

Alison Rogers ’24 ’25MBA 
Alison Rogers recently celebrated a promotion to Divisional Marketing Manager at Perry Homes.
