This marks Crummer’s third consecutive year among the top 100 global MBA programs for career advancement.
With a rise of multiple spots from last year’s placement, Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College is Florida’s highest-ranked business school on LinkedIn’s 2026 list of top MBA programs.
Crummer’s upward movement comes as U.S. business schools slipped from a majority hold over the last, with international programs now accounting for 53 entries.
Based entirely on LinkedIn’s own data, the ranking looks beyond short-term outcomes to track how alumni’s careers develop over time. Its measures capture career progression, advancement into leadership, and the strength of professional networks—recognizing long-term growth that traditional ranking statistics can miss.
“One of my favorite things about logging into LinkedIn is that every time I do, I see another Crummer graduate celebrating a promotion or accepting a new job,” said Sarah Richards, Director of Admission.
LinkedIn’s 2026 ranking evaluates programs across five categories: hiring and demand, ability to advance, network strength, leadership potential, and gender diversity. These measures consider employment and recruiter interest, career progression, alumni connections, entrepreneurship and executive experience, and gender representation.
“What I appreciate about LinkedIn’s methodology is that it captures something traditional ranking statistics can miss: how our graduates continue to grow long after they leave the classroom,” Richards said.
Building toward long-term career success
For prospective students, the recognition offers an outcomes-focused reference point as they consider an MBA. Their goals may include taking on greater responsibility, changing industries, transitioning into a new function, or launching a business.
“The work students do during the program lays a foundation they can return to throughout their careers,” said Kristin Williams, Crummer’s Director of Student Success. “They learn to think through difficult decisions, seek out different perspectives, and build relationships they can rely on. Those habits serve them long after graduation, as they take on challenges and opportunities they may not yet have imagined.”
The Crummer experience connects learning with those ambitions. Faculty challenge students to apply business concepts to complex, real-world situations and develop the judgment needed to lead effectively. Classmates contribute diverse experiences and perspectives, while staff help students navigate the program, clarify their goals, and prepare for their next professional step. An alumni network spanning industries and roles extends that support beyond graduation.
“This recognition belongs to the entire Crummer community,” said Dean Anil Menon. “Our faculty and staff bring extraordinary care to preparing students for the challenges of leadership. Our students and alumni carry that work forward through the decisions they make, the teams they lead, and the organizations they strengthen.”
