Allan E. Keen ’71MBA, chairman and owner of The Keewin Real Property Company, has been named the Orlando Economic Partnership’s 2026 James B. Greene Award honoree.
A longtime Winter Park leader and Rollins College Trustee for 38 years, Keen is recognized for his transformative impact on the Orlando region—from strengthening higher education and workforce development to shaping major real estate projects such as Windsong and Universal Orlando’s 2,000‑acre expansion. He also played a pivotal role in advancing the Wekiva Parkway, one of Central Florida’s most significant transportation initiatives. In Memoriam: Steve High ’81MBA
Steve High ’81MBA passed away recently. A deeply committed supporter of Crummer, High generously gave his time and resources to the school. His service included membership in the Crummer Alumni Hall of Fame and the Dean’s Advisory Board, serving as a Commencement speaker, and mentoring Crummer students. His lasting connection to Crummer extended to his family as well—his son, Robert, is a Crumm er alumnus and has served on the Crummer Alumni Board and as a mentor.
Chris Henry ’93PMBA was selected as the Virginia Railway Express’ Chief Operations Officer (COO), becoming the commuter rail service’s first COO since 2019. Transitioning from his previous role as director of rail operations, Henry will serve as a key strategic partner to CEO Katie Choe, with a focus on ensuring operational readiness as VRE works to expand service under its System Plan 2050. In this role, he will oversee day-to-day rail and mechanical operations, guide senior leadership collaboration, and ensure the delivery of safe, reliable service while promoting a strong customer experience for passengers and stakeholders.
Henry Schumann ’94MBA joined Blueberry Pediatrics as their CFO in February.
Jude Wilson ’07MBA, won the Enterprise Business of the Year award at the African American Chamber of Commerce dinner on March 31. Jude brings the perspective he’s earned leading Centrus Financial Strategies to his service on the Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. Board of Directors.
Garima Shah ’11MBA, co-founder and president of Biller Genie, helped lead the company to a $22 million Series B funding round in January 2026. Led by Radian Capital, the investment will support global expansion, product development, and organizational growth for the Orlando-based accounts receivable automation platform, which serves small and mid-sized businesses worldwide.
Brittany McKee East ’16MBA has been appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Tennessee Aquarium. East serves as vice president of quality and research & development at McKee Foods Corporation. She earned a degree in health science from Southern Adventist University before completing her MBA at the Crummer Graduate School of Business.
Nicole Perez ’18MBA is starting a new position as director of global payments and trade operations at BNY. She currently serves as a member of the Crummer Alumni Board.
Kacie Escobar ’21MBA has been promoted to president of Curley & Pynn Public Relations Management, a Mills50-based firm, marking a significant leadership transition for the organization. In her new role, Escobar will oversee daily operations and firmwide strategy, while Dan Ward transitions to chief executive officer to focus on culture, business development, and partnerships. Notably, Escobar is the first woman to serve as president in the firm’s 41-year history.

Andrew Wheeler ’18, ’20MBA married Rachel Valocchi ’20MBA on December 31st at the Estate on the Halifax in Port Orange, Florida. The couple met on their first day at Crummer and were surrounded by fellow alumni Cara Borowski (’20MBA), Beatriz Bulgarelli (’20MBA), Matt Caldwell (’20MBA), Clara Mount (’20MBA), and Roderick Zak (’19, ’20MBA).
Jackie Stanchina ’22MBA recently launched Morse & Main, a Winter Park–based creative agency bringing national-level strategy and execution to Central Florida businesses with the accountability of a local studio. Morse & Main emphasizes “Human Excellence,” combining thoughtful use of AI with a strong commitment to talent, intuition, and hands-on leadership.
