Every session is designed to move beyond theory. Participants engage with practical frameworks, case discussions, and applied exercises that translate directly into real-world decision-making.
The Mini MBA is designed to strengthen the way professionals interpret, communicate, and act on business challenges. And with each section of the course, they gain practical tools they can use immediately inside their organizations. In sum, the Mini MBA is designed to deliver the following:
Connect strategy, finance, operations, and leadership into a coherent business perspective.
Use practical frameworks immediately inside your organization to evaluate choices with more discipline.
Interpret business challenges with greater confidence, structure, and judgment.
Learn alongside professionals from diverse industries across Florida and the Southeast.

Everything we discussed had absolute real-world applications that I can use today to help myself and my teams be better managers. This was very applicable to our high-level business acumen development. This helped us all to evaluate our role in daily decisions and overall efficiencies within our scope of responsibility.
