The past 20 months have challenged me even more than I expected in my professional growth, endurance, and adding additional skill sets I did not possess. I also did not anticipate the bonds and friendships we would create as a cohort and with our professors. For me, Crummer has been a powerful learning experience that inspired me to step out of my comfort zone to gain a greater knowledge of what is and what could be.

What stood out to me was the immediate applicability of what we learned; we could apply new concepts and strategies in our professional settings right away.
