Mini MBA
Crummer Certificate in Business Management

The MBA Mindset. Condensed.

Ranked among the Top 100 MBA programs globally by LinkedIn, the Crummer Mini MBA condenses the MBA mindset into six intensive weeks designed for professionals who want to sharpen their business judgment without stepping away from their careers.

Rather than teaching isolated management skills, the program connects the core disciplines of business — strategy, finance, operations, leadership, and AI-enabled decision-making — into a single, integrated perspective.

Participants learn directly from the same faculty who teach in Crummer’s MBA programs, including Rihana Msadek, Google AI engineer and enterprise AI trainer, whose session explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizational decision-making and why human judgment remains the critical leadership advantage.

The result is not just new knowledge, but a stronger framework for understanding how modern organizations actually work.

Real-World Learning

  • Develop a practical foundation in key business concepts through interactive discussions, case studies, simulations, and problem-solving exercises.
  • Participants gain immediately applicable insights from faculty who combine academic expertise with real-world business experience.

Flexible Learning Format

  • Experience a flexible learning format where you choose to attend in person or virtually, providing a learning environment that accommodates your busy schedule and mirrors the hybrid dynamics of today’s workplace.

—Mid-to-senior-level managers leading teams or functions
—Functional leaders moving into broader organizational roles
—Entrepreneurs scaling past the early stage
—Professionals preparing for executive transitions
—Leaders who want MBA-level thinking without a two-year commitment

If you are already making decisions—and want to make better ones—the Mini MBA is designed for you.
