Across the two-year program curriculum, you’ll learn from top business and management leaders who provide practical knowledge and real-world applications through classroom presentations or a discussion over coffee on Park Avenue.
Concentrations and specialized tracks customize the Flex MBA to be relevant to your daily activities and the career trajectory you envision. Upon completion of core MBA courses, students can achieve an optional concentration in one of the following areas:
- Business Analytics
- Finance (Corporate Finance or Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management)

The hybrid MBA program spans two years of full-time study, allowing up to 45% of classes to be taken online. This works by holding classes simultaneously online and in person on Rollins College campus on weekend evenings from 6:30-9:30 p.m. ET.
If you start in the Fall semester, classes are on Monday and Wednesday evenings. If you start in the Spring semester, classes are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
On average, Rollins Flex MBA students are 28 years old and have 4.8 years of work experience. They bring diverse perspectives and backgrounds, ranging from small family businesses to seed-stage startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
For our Flex MBA, we have two concentrations: Business Analytics and Finance.
