Tracy R. Kizer, Ph.D. is the special assistant to the President for DEIB strategic implementation at Rollins College and an associate professor of marketing at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Dr. Kizer received her Ph.D. in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of South Florida and also holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a B.S.Che.E. from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Keith Whittingham, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Management Science and Corporate Sustainability at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Dr. Whittingham received his Ph.D. from Cornell University and also holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a B.S.E.E. from Howard University. Learn more >>

The Crummer Early Advantage MBA (EAMBA) is a full-time day program designed specifically for recent college graduates and career changers. January and August start dates allow students to complete the program within 16 or 20 months. Little to no work experience is required.
