About the STEM MBA Program

Business careers utilizing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math are in high demand, and we have the program to prepare the leaders of tomorrow. Our STEM MBA is designed for recent college graduates and those pivoting to a new field who desire an accelerated MBA with a technical focus. Unlock your potential and lead the future of business and technology with a STEM MBA, gaining the skills and opportunities needed for high-demand, impactful careers.

STEM-focused Programming

The STEM immersion begins with specially designed courses including operations, business analytics, organizational behavior and leadership, and more. Students then participate in an integrated capstone experience which also is STEM-focused.

The culminating experience is a STEM internship that prepares students for managerial roles within STEM companies or with emerging technology. The experience has an additional quantitative focus and incorporates skills around functions such as: value chain, analytics, financial strategy, modeling and simulation, analysis and risk management, and more.

    STEM MBA Course List

The STEM MBA program spans 12 months if starting in the Spring (January) and 16 months if starting the Fall (August). Classes are held in-person at Rollins College campus in the Crummer building. Overall, students take 14 courses and have a STEM-related internship.
