Our Early Advantage MBA students benefit from innovative, experienced, and impactful guest speakers who bring real-world insights and cutting-edge expertise to the classroom. These industry leaders provide valuable perspectives, helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice in today’s dynamic business environment.

Crummer frequently leverages its extensive alumni network to bring in distinguished guest speakers, offering students access to top industry professionals and leaders. Through these events, students have the opportunity to expand their own network, building valuable connections that can enhance their careers and open doors to future opportunities.

Internships are vital for MBA students as they bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, offering invaluable hands-on experience in real-world business settings. All Early Advantage MBA students are required to complete an internship as part of their experiential learning. Crummer guarantees five interviews for EAMBA students for internships through our Internship Match Program.

Some companies that offer our students internships include Siemens Energy, United Way, Florida Citrus Sports, The Walt Disney Company, Universal Orlando Resort, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, City of Orlando, and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.

Sometimes internships even lead to full-time employment. In the last two years, we’ve had students intern and subsequently receive offers from Massey, Morgan Stanley, Net Conversion, Siemens Gamesa, OUC, StoneX, First Coast Energy, SouthState Bank, and more!
