Crummer continues to invest in student success by strengthening its Career and Leadership ecosystem.
Anne Fayson joins the Student Success team as Assistant Director of Career and Leadership Success, supporting Early Advantage and Accelerated MBA students through individualized career coaching, internship coordination, and career readiness programming designed to help students translate academic rigor into meaningful professional outcomes.
Anne brings several years of experience in career development, internship management, and employer engagement within higher education. Prior to joining Rollins College, she worked in Career Success at Stetson University, where she led internship initiatives, developed data-informed career programming, and partnered with faculty, employers, and campus teams to improve student outcomes and expand equitable access to paid experiential learning.
Her advising philosophy is grounded in a psychology-based approach that balances support with accountability—helping students build confidence, make informed career decisions, and develop professional relationships that support long-term growth.
Beginning this fall, Anne will also teach MBA 504, further strengthening the connection between academic experience and leadership development.
Student success at Rollins MBA is not a service—it’s a system built around people, judgment, and long-term leadership growth. Anne will officially meet students during a welcome coffee on January 22
