Ceremony Information
7:00-7:20 AM: Graduates Arrive at Crummer for Check-in
7:30 AM: Cohort Photos Begin
8:00 AM: Warden Arena opens for guests
8:45 AM: Graduates line up with Faculty
9:00 AM: Commencement begins
Duration of commencement ceremony is approximately 1.5 hours.
10:30 – 11:30 AM: Dean’s Champagne Reception at Rice Family Pavillion
Commencement
- Graduates can collect their cords at check-in on the morning of the ceremony.
- There will be no rehearsal for Crummer Graduates, instead they will receive instructions the morning of Commencement.
- Photos: Graduates will be contacted by GradImages after the ceremony with multiple purchasing options. Digital photos can be downloaded and physical photos will be mailed to the address given in the purchasing process.
- Commencement will be recorded/streamed on the official Rollins Youtube page
- Tickets will not be required for the Crummer Commencement ceremony.
- Those requiring special accommodations in dropping guests off at the venue should enter at Park Avenue, come down Holt Avenue, then turn left on Chase Avenue. Staff will direct you into the Alfond Sports Center lot for drop off. Guests who require handicap accessible parking should enter at Park Avenue, and you will be provided a special parking pass. If you receive the pass, you will proceed East on Holt Avenue and be directed to the parking between the Museum and the loading dock of the Alfond Sports Center.
- There will be a sign language interpreter at each ceremony. The interpreter will be projected onto the screen during each ceremony.
- Complementary parking is available for guests in the Rollins or Truist parking garage (campus map).
Commencement Seating
- Open seating is offered to guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Crummer graduates can reserve special seating for themselves or their guests via the commencement survey sent from Crummer.
- If you didn’t reserve special seating via the commencement survey, please email mailto:crummerstudentsuccess@rollins.edu.

Regalia
- If you ordered regalia by the February 28th deadline, regalia will be available for pickup at the Bookstore at the end of April. Graduates will receive an email when their regalia is ready for pickup.
- Crummer EDBA students will have their regalia ordered on their behalf and will be available for pickup in the bookstore at the end of April.
- Rollins Crummer Masters & Doctorate graduates will receive and be hooded on stage during the commencement ceremony.
- Students graduating with honors will receive their honors tassel at check-in the morning of commencement.
- Professional attire is recommended for students to wear under regalia. Graduates will march together during the procession from Crummer to the Alfond Sports Center, so it is highly advised that graduates wear comfortable footwear.
Diplomas
- Students who completed their degrees in December have already received their diplomas in the mail.
- Spring/May graduates will receive their diplomas onstage.
- Summer/August graduates will have their diplomas mailed upon completion of the program.
- Note: Receipt of your diploma is contingent upon having a zero balance. We recommend that you continue to monitor your account to ensure no additional charges for library, traffic, etc. are charged to your account between now and Commencement. You can easily do this by checking your FoxPay account for up to the minute balance.
