Crummer’s full-time Accelerated MBA (AMBA) with STEM Designation is purpose-built to be completed quickly so you can ramp up to a successful career launch in just 12–16 months. The required internship provides hands-on professional experience where students apply MBA concepts in real organizational settings. The capstone serves as a culminating project-based experience requiring data analysis, quantitative modeling, and evidence-based recommendations for real company challenges.
For instance, students have worked with a portfolio of lapsed NASA patents, evaluating technical feasibility, market potential, and business viability to develop data-informed plans for bringing innovations back to market.

Because this program serves recent graduates, career changers, and international students, professional experience is not required. We look for academic readiness, motivation, clear goals, and evidence that you can succeed in a rigorous, full-time MBA program. The ideal AMBA candidate will:

Upon graduation, eligible international students may receive 12 months of standard OPT. As STEM degree holders, they may apply for a 24-month STEM OPT extension, creating up to 36 months total to work in the U.S. in their field of study.
