Start Your Path to Two Degrees

Spring Entry Deadline: October 1
Fall Entry Deadline: February 15
Begin Your Application

Two Degrees. Five Years. One Clear Advantage.

AMP gives motivated Rollins students a guided pathway to combine undergraduate study with graduate business education. You keep the depth and breadth of a liberal arts education, then add the practical management, leadership, and analytical skills that help you translate that perspective into action.

Clarity & Confidence, On Time

Build both your judgment and your credentials in five years instead of six.

Keep Your Financial Aid Longer

Your undergraduate scholarships and financial aid continue until you complete your bachelor’s degree requirements, helping reduce your total investment.

Evaluated on Judgment, Not a Test Score

We assess your thinking, preparation, academic readiness, and leadership potential — not a single standardized measure.

Lead from Day One

Graduate with both degrees and the confidence to step into meaningful professional opportunities without a gap year.

AACSB-Accredited MBA

Your MBA comes from a business school accredited by AACSB, a distinction held by only a small percentage of business schools worldwide.

Globally & Nationally Ranked

LinkedIn ranks Crummer as the No. 1 MBA in Florida, and has included it on its list of the Top 100 Best Business Schools in the World since 2024.

The result: A five-year pathway that helps you graduate sooner with a liberal arts foundation, a Crummer MBA, and the business judgment to apply your perspective with confidence.

Complete Your Bachelor’s, then Continue into the Early Advantage MBA

AMP students complete their bachelor’s degree before moving directly into graduate business study through Crummer’s Early Advantage MBA (EAMBA), a full-time MBA designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals.

Your Undergraduate Major Is Your Career Superpower

At Rollins, you are encouraged to think broadly about your education. AMP students have majored in everything from studio art and environmental studies to political science and international business. The program adds business fluency — finance, marketing, operations, leadership, and strategy — to whatever you are already passionate about.

What Your Bachelor’s Degree + an MBA Could Unlock:

Biochemistry + MBA

Health care policy, administration, life sciences strategy, and business roles in complex clinical or research environments.

Studio Art + MBA

Museum management, creative direction, arts administration, entrepreneurship, and leadership within creative organizations.

English + MBA

Marketing, entrepreneurship, brand strategy, communications leadership, and content-driven business development.

Environmental Studies + MBA

Sustainability consulting, corporate responsibility, ESG strategy, and business leadership in mission-driven organizations.

Political Science + MBA

Policy consulting, government affairs, nonprofit leadership, public-private partnerships, and strategic advocacy.

Any Major + MBA

The business skills employers value, layered onto the perspective and expertise you already bring.

AMP students can pursue any major. Business management and international business students participate, too, but the program is equally valuable — and often most transformative — for students who don’t major in business.

Where AMP Graduates Work

AMP alumni lead in environments requiring judgment, clarity, and strategic thinking — from policy and finance to technology, gaming, health care, and brand strategy.

An Investment in Your Future

AMP is designed to reduce the total cost and time of earning two degrees — and on the AMP pathway, you can make your undergraduate financial aid work harder than you might expect.

Undergraduate Tuition & Aid

You are charged the College of Liberal Arts tuition rate and retain your undergraduate scholarships and financial aid until you have earned 140 credit hours, which typically extends into students’ first year at Crummer and can create a meaningful MBA tuition discount.

MBA Tuition & Aid

After CLA scholarships fall off when you attain 140 credit hours, you transition to MBA tuition rates. Contact Crummer’s admission team for full details.

How AMP Saves You Money

By completing your MBA in five years instead of six, you save a full year of time and enter the workforce a year earlier. Combined with the CLA scholarship overlap into your first Crummer year, AMP delivers a meaningful return on investment.

Guided Every Step of the Way

From your first semester through MBA graduation, you are guided by curated mentorship, discussion-based workshops, and clarity-focused advising designed to build confidence at each milestone. You are not expected to have it all figured out — as long as you engage, attend workshops, and maintain your GPA, you are on track.

Requirements to Stay on Track

AMP students maintain clear standards designed to build clarity and confidence in their readiness for Crummer and leadership.

RequirementStandard
GPA3.2 cumulative GPA
Credit Hours111–121 before entering Crummer. Exceeding 121 may affect scholarship eligibility.
CourseworkAll general education, major, and minor requirements completed. Global travel is required if part of major requirements.
InternshipAt least one verified internship before entering Crummer.
WorkshopsMandatory AMP workshops each semester during Years 1–3.
ConductNo honor code or community standards violations.
Graduation PetitionSubmit through MyRollins and complete a senior audit at least two semesters prior to their last term.

AMP is designed to make you a strong and competitive applicant to the Crummer MBA program. Students complete the regular MBA application process, and admission is based on a variety of factors. Meeting AMP requirements does not guarantee admission.

Students who fall below a 3.2 cumulative GPA are placed on academic notice and must meet with their faculty advisor and the Head of AMP to create a return-to-good-standing plan. Two consecutive semesters below 3.2 without improvement may result in dismissal from AMP.

At least one verified internship is required before entering Crummer. Most students complete a 4-credit internship, but there is no minimum or maximum credit requirement. If a credit-bearing internship would push a student beyond the 121-credit threshold, which could affect undergraduate scholarship eligibility, a non-credit-bearing internship option is available per Head of Amp approval .

Application Deadlines
