Ginger Killian, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Marketing. Dr. Killian has employed her marketing skillset to grow programs and organizations. In Dr. Killian’s prior academic role, she revised and repositioned the MBA program, resulting in nearly 200% growth in only two years. Today, she is applying her knowledge to grow a start-up organization in the direct mailing industry. Her real world applications are infused into the classroom to help students develop strategic problem solving skills.
Prior to pursuing her Ph.D., Dr. Killian gained a practical understanding of marketing strategy through a variety of marketing roles with Fortune 500 companies such as Philips Electronics, American Honda Motor Company, and Allstate Insurance. Dr. Killian uses her experience in advertising, sales, CRM, and logistics to demonstrate the connected nature of various organizational roles.
