Our opening keynote speaker, Stan Gale, Chairman of Gale International will set the stage for this lively discussion. A buffet lunch will be served.

This panel will explore how innovations in artificial intelligence and smart systems are changing the landscape of design and construction projects. Panelists will focus on how AI tools can improve the speed and quality of project delivery while lowering costs to help solve the nation’s housing shortage. We will also touch on tackling other challenging issues such as the functional re-purposing of obsolescent assets, such as office buildings.
