Rollins MBA Professor Recognized Among Best Lawyers in Orlando

March 8, 2011 — William A. Grimm, Rollins MBA Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship and Negotiation, has made Orlando Magazine's list of Orlando's Best Lawyers. He is also included in The Best Lawyers in America publication.

Professor Grimm has practiced corporate and securities law in Florida for more than 35 years. He now serves on the full-time faculty of the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business and is of-counsel at the law firm of GrayRobinson. In addition to teaching Negotiation, he teaches Entrepreneurial Finance and team teaches Business Ethics.

Professor Grimm has experience as the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held company and Vice President of Corporate Finance for an investment banking firm. He has served on numerous Boards of Directors of publicly and privately held companies and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator.
