SUMMARY:Rollins MBA Virtual Faculty Talk | Competition as a Design Challenge with Dr. Keenan Yoho
DESCRIPTION:Markets are evolving faster than most company strategies can adapt. Technological acceleration\, geopolitical instability\, and shifting competitive dynamics are placing new demands on organizational leaders — not just to respond\, but to design their organizations for resilience and advantage. \nIn this virtual session\, Dr. Yoho explores competition as a design problem and introduces a practical framework leaders can use to better understand how organizational structure\, information flows\, innovation choices\, and policy alignment shape competitive outcomes. \nJoin Dr. Keenan Yoho\, Professor of Operations at the Crummer Graduate School of Business\, for a virtual faculty talk on how leaders can approach competition as a design challenge and make better strategic decisions when the rules are changing.
